How to get to our office
Netaji Subhash Place metro station is next to the office. It is an interchange on the Red Line and the Pink Line, so you can come straight from Red Line stations such as Kohat Enclave and Keshav Puram, or from Pink Line stations such as Shalimar Bagh and Shakurpur, without changing trains.
Best Sky Tower is in the Netaji Subhash Place business district, close to Ring Road and to well-known landmarks such as Pacific Mall, D Mall and Unity One. Ring Road and Lala Jagat Narayan Marg run past the district if you are driving. Please call before you visit so the right person is free to meet you. Area guides such as CA in Pitampura and CA in Rohini describe the route from nearby neighbourhoods.
What happens after you enquire?
- We read your request. We look at the service you picked and your message, and call or message you if anything is unclear.
- We connect you with a listed firm. Registrations and routine compliance go to the firm that handles that work; you can also ask for a particular firm by name.
- You get a fixed quote. The firm explains the scope and gives a fixed quote before work starts. Government fees, where they apply, are shown separately.
- You decide. There is no charge for the enquiry and no obligation to go ahead.
Audit, tax audit and CA certificates such as Form 15CB must be done and signed by a practising chartered accountant. For that work we explain what is needed and suggest you verify any CA on ICAI CA Connect.
What to keep ready
You do not need documents to send an enquiry, but having these to hand speeds up the first call:
- PAN and Aadhaar of the owner, partners or directors.
- Your business PAN, GSTIN or company name, if the business already exists.
- Proof of your business address, such as a rent agreement or electricity bill, for a new registration. Our GST registration and company registration in Delhi pages list the full documents.
- Any notice or letter you have received, with its date, for a tax or GST notice.
- For income tax returns: Form 16, the annual information statement and bank interest details.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a charge for sending an enquiry?
No. Sending an enquiry through the form, phone, WhatsApp or email is free, and you are not committed to anything. If you go ahead, the firm gives you a fixed quote for the work before it starts.
Can I meet someone at the office without an appointment?
You are welcome to visit during office hours, Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm. Calling ahead on +91 99114 92897 is better, though, so that someone who knows your type of work is free to sit with you.
Can I choose which firm handles my work?
Yes. Mention the firm's name in your message and we will pass your enquiry to it. You can also contact any listed firm directly using the details on its profile page.
Can I get help without visiting Netaji Subhash Place?
Yes. Most registrations, GST returns and income tax returns are filed online, so the work can usually be done with scanned documents shared by email or WhatsApp and calls in between. Some steps, such as Aadhaar authentication, need your phone for the OTP.
